How to Use this Course

How to Use this Course

This course is designed to help you find your own flow and process. For this reason, following the course structure is secondary to developing your own sustainable practice. It's structured to take you through a process but the key is to use the process to support your own development.

Here are some tips to help you get the most out of this program.

Listen to Your Body and Your Intuition

Go at your own pace. If you need a break, take a break. You can always come back to the process when you are ready. If you truly don't feel that an exercise is right for you, then skip it.

Try not to get discouraged or feel guilty about not following the course form exactly. Intuitive practice is most effective when you make it your own. Give yourself the freedom to make this course work for you instead of the other way around.

Notice What Comes Up for You

Intuitive practice can shift your energy in deep and powerful ways. The practices are simple, but the effects can be dramatic and unexpected. Through this work you will be tuning into frequencies you may not tend to be aware of, working with your energies and generally aligning with the universe. It's big work.

Often the most powerful effects show up when you are least expecting them. Expect a lot of the most dramatic experience to happen outside of the training process. You may experience sudden intuitive flashes. You may experience intense emotions or feel an urgency to change certain things about your life. You may receive downloads or get very tired. Pay attention to feelings, experiences, and situations that come up for you as you practice, both in your practices and in your life.

If you have questions feel free to send me an at hello@gadajaneintuitive.com with the subject line "Course Question". You may also want to book a one-to-one session to support your work.

Keep a Journal

The various threads of our lives tend to be more interconnected than we are aware of. In addition to using your journal to answer the reflection questions, you may want to keep track of what is going on in your life through this period.

When you embark on a growth process, it's hard to see the shifts as they are happening. It's useful to keep track of occurrences, preoccupations, feelings, and experiences through this period.

Keeping a journal enables you to look back later and discover connections and information that will deepen your understanding of yourself, your intuitive process, and your life in surprising ways.

If you Fall Behind on Lessons
